Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and acquiring properties at optimal prices and terms
  • Perform comparative market analysis to assess property values
  • Organize and participate in showings and open houses
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, and other essential documentation
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid real estate license or be currently enrolled in real estate education. If you are NOT LICENSED, consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and utilize the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated capability to negotiate and finalize transactions
  • Understanding of real estate laws and regulations
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously
  • Strong knowledge of the local housing market
