Maintenance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead our plant operations team. As a technical advisor, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and replacement of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Maintenance team
  • Coordinate work to ensure safety, quality, and maximum production efficiencies
  • Manage teams of people in operations, maintenance, engineering, and process improvement roles
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic (preferably in the Packaging Industry)
  • Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, and/or process improvement roles
  • Lean environment experience (preferred)
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification (a plus)
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Upkeep Maintenance Software knowledge (preferred)
