  • Work on an 11-bed unit with a low patient ratio, providing care to adults 18 years and older who are receiving rehabilitation for Neuro, Cardio, or Pulmonary issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
  • BLS required from American Heart Association.
  • Associate degree from an accredited nursing program.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
