**Job Title:** Histology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Histology Specialist to join our team at a state-of-the-art laboratory in Tennessee. As a key member of our histology department, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex histology procedures including embedding, grossing, special stains, and IHC.

About the Role:

  • Perform histology procedures such as embedding, sectioning, staining, and slide preparation
  • Assist with grossing, including tissue processing and examination
  • Conduct quality control checks on histology samples
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of histology activities

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in histology or related field
  • HTL or HT certification through ASCP (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of experience in histology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
