We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baylor Nurse to join our team at our Greenville, PA location. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients undergoing withdrawal management.
Job SummaryThe Baylor Nurse will be responsible for providing day-to-day nursing care to clients, ensuring their safe care throughout the withdrawal management process. This includes collaborating with the Lead Nurse and Medical Director to achieve departmental goals, managing nursing supplies, monitoring medications, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Lead Nurse and Medical Director to accomplish departmental goals.
- Manage and order nursing supplies.
- Monitor clients' medications and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure client safety and well-being throughout the withdrawal management process.
- Participate in performance management activities, including client complaints and incident reporting.
- Meet Environment of Care standards and participate in the implementation and maintenance of CARF standards.
- Provide direction to nursing staff and ensure pre-certifications and insurance reviews are completed.
- Occasional travel to the Linesville location may be required.
- Valid PA LPN or RN licensure.
- Proficient computer skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but will train).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organization and leadership skills.
