About the Role:

The Emergency Response Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing emergency response operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of disaster restoration projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement emergency response strategies
  2. Lead teams of technicians to execute disaster restoration projects
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  4. Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols
  5. Provide training and coaching to team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry, with previous leadership experience preferred
  • Proven technical expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanup
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in high-stress environments
