Job Summary


The Sales Associate at BODYBAR Pilates is tasked with supporting the Studio Manager in attracting new members and maintaining current memberships through effective sales techniques and outstanding customer service.

The role is part-time and may require availability during weekends, early mornings, and evenings, reporting directly to the Studio Manager.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the studio's sales strategy, including lead generation, management, and conversion.
  • Perform member retention activities.
  • Meet daily objectives, including bookings and sales targets.
  • Engage in community outreach to enhance studio visibility.
  • Document member bookings accurately.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with members before and after classes.

Qualifications
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to drive membership, retail, and private training sales.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Enthusiastic about fitness and wellness.
  • Dependable, professional, and punctual.
  • Skilled in using computers and studio management software.
  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
