About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Digital Multimedia Adjunct Professor to join our team at Computer Systems Institute Inc.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a part-time adjunct professor position that requires teaching up to 27.5 hours per week in our Digital Multimedia program. As an instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, facilitating project-based learning, and evaluating student progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach digital multimedia courses such as graphic design, webpage markup, and web content management
  • Develop and implement curriculum aligned with industry standards
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment and support students' academic growth
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Participate in quarterly instructor in-service meetings and professional development activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to computer and information science, digital media, or graphic design
  • At least two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training in digital multimedia
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Dreamweaver
  • Experience with web design and content management systems
