About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breast Imaging Supervisor to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Frisco. As a key member of our Women's Services Imaging team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare in our community.

Our new state-of-the-art facility is designed to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population, with departments such as emergency, inpatient, procedural, and women and children. As a Breast Imaging Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery and quality of imaging services, ensuring timely turnaround times, quality exams, and patient preparation.

You will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating staffing patterns to ensure adequate resources are available to meet clinical demands. Additionally, you will conduct performance evaluations, train new staff, and promote a culture of service excellence throughout the department.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, tuition reimbursement, and PTO accrual beginning Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery and quality of imaging services
  • Schedule, monitor, and evaluate staffing patterns
  • Conduct performance evaluations and train new staff
  • Promote a culture of service excellence
  • Partner with management to develop a budget and implement corrective action plans
  • Assist in developing policies, procedures, and goals that align with department and system objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Women's Imaging, preferably with breast ultrasounds
  • ARRT-M Mammography certification
  • Ability to perform high-quality advanced imaging procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain a calm and helpful attitude under stress
