The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of technologies, including GraphQL, Microsoft 365 development/Azure, React, Vite, Fluent UI, Apollo client/Relay, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD utilizing Azure DevOps.

This role reports to the Manager of Web Development and supports a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:
Transform project requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.

Provide precise time estimates for project deliverables, maintaining adherence to timelines and milestones.

Collaborate effectively within a team and independently to design, develop, and implement software solutions.

Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for software development initiatives.

Develop and execute thorough unit test plans to guarantee software quality and reliability.

Participate in various full lifecycle development projects, contributing to business modeling, requirements gathering, analysis/design, and implementation phases.

Experience and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar capacity, showcasing successful project completions.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively or independently.

Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.

A proactive approach with the ability to think independently and generate innovative ideas within the framework of the organization's vision and guidelines.
