Job Description:
Fleet and Facility Manager
Our Fleet & Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet and facilities, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired, and that our facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of our fleet and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and fueling.
* Ensure that all vehicles are properly inspected, serviced, and repaired in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repair history, and fuel consumption.
* Supervise and train maintenance technicians and drivers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet and facility performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in fleet and facility management, preferably in the food industry.
* Proven track record of successful management, leadership, and problem-solving.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Certifications in fleet management, such as CFM (Certified Fleet Manager) or CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional).
