We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Laborer Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Responsibilities

As a General Laborer Packaging, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Wrapping and packaging our solid pine floating shelves and fireplace mantels to prevent damage during transit
  • Assisting in the manufacturing process, including sanding, spraying stain and varnish, and putting inventory away
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • Minimum age 18
  • The ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of small power tools, such as drills and drivers
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

  • A starting hourly rate of $15-$22, based on experience

Work Schedule

Our standard work schedule is:

  • Monday through Thursday, 6am-3:30pm
  • Friday, 6am-10am
  • We are flexible with appointments and time off, and offer a supportive and collaborative work environment
