Job Opportunity:

Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join their team. This is a 12-month contract position that offers the opportunity to work with a manufacturing client on a project that involves transitioning command lines from hardware instructions into software. The ideal candidate will have experience with C, C++, or Python, as well as Yocto or IEC 61850.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to achieve project goals
• Work with hardware and software specifications to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of C, C++, or Python
• Experience with Yocto or IEC 61850
