About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care Grande Clinic team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $110,843 - $141,232 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, and a 403b retirement plan for eligible employees.

About the Position:
The Advanced Practice Provider will work in a primary care setting, providing independent acute and routine medical care to patients. Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans, implementing treatment, following up, and evaluating patient outcomes within the scope of practice protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing and managing patient care, including performing physical exams and documenting findings.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
- Providing pre-op and post-op care, writing orders, and communicating with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records, documenting patient responses, and communicating with other members of the healthcare team.
- Participating in health education and training initiatives, promoting disease prevention and management, and serving as a resource for colleagues and patients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- An Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience in a primary care or specialty area.
- Licenses and certifications, including Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure or Physician Assistant licensure and certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
- Prescriptive authority from the State of New Mexico and Federal DEA certification.
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers within 30 days of hire.
