Health Insurance Agent Role

At PSG Global Solutions Careers, we're seeking a skilled Health Insurance Agent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and expert advice to clients on health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries about health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in understanding plan features, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
  • Valid health insurance license in the state of residence.
  • Proven experience as a health insurance agent or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health insurance products and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other related software.
  • Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and staying self-motivated.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Must live within a 2-hour drive of our site to pick up equipment.
