We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH. As a Per-Diem LPN, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. You must also maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
