* Packaging and wrapping various cuts, salads, and other products to meet the highest quality standards.
* Learning about different cuts of beef and pork to provide expert knowledge to customers.
* Assisting in grinding fresh burger and ensuring the 18 hour grind policy is followed.
* Maintaining a clean and organized cutting room and cooler area.
