Our Approach

We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, which has proven to be a best practice model for supporting and providing effective treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral and developmental disabilities. Our treatment is provided individually and in small settings to create the most impact and learning opportunities for children.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • 6 months of ABA experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Pennsylvania applications require a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
