Parker Institute is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Worker to join our team in our skilled nursing facility. As a vital member of our team, you will provide food and nutrition services on a daily basis, essential to the residents' health, happiness, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver meals to residents while performing important tasks in the kitchen, including assembly, prep, and delivery.
- Follow proper sanitation and infection control procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service and meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Participate in a friendly and collaborative team environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role in food service is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide comfort and support to patients
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
