At James Hardie Building Products Inc., we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Production and Quality: Ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment to meet production and quality standards. Locate and Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot problems with our equipment, using precision measuring and testing instruments to diagnose and repair issues. Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Safely dismantle and repair equipment, using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools as needed. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and supplies inventories. Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience: Associate degree in Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent combination of experience and education. At least 5 years of heavy industrial mechanical and millwright experience in a continuous operating (24/7) manufacturing environment. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and continual diligence about follow-up. Knowledgeable of root cause and fault-free analysis techniques. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our Total Benefits:
