STORE MAINTENANCE
Ensure the store is well-presented and organized.

SALES STRATEGY

Encourage additional purchases and stay informed about product features to provide confident recommendations.
Process transactions accurately using a Point-of-Sale system, handling various payment methods.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Oversee merchandise inventory, ensuring proper check-in and accurate labeling, and participate in regular inventory checks.

RELIABILITY
Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic knowledge of products.
Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math proficiency.
Ability to multitask, collaborate in a team, and take initiative.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role requires constant movement, effective communication, reaching, and standing for extended periods. It may occasionally involve bending, kneeling, and climbing. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Lifting items weighing up to 25-50 lbs. may be necessary. The work environment may vary between indoor and outdoor settings.
