Key Responsibilities- Oversight of Clinical Operations: Responsible for planning and coordinating patient care activities in partnership with hospital leadership.
- Staffing Decisions: Make informed decisions regarding staffing needs based on patient care requirements and the competence of scheduled nursing staff.
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with hospital leadership, nursing staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and patient care.
- 5 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in Obstetrics (OB), Emergency Medicine (ED), or Critical Care (CCU) specialty.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a staff RN in a hospital setting.
- 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
