Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and checkout areas
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
