Role Summary:

The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their food and beverage orders promptly and efficiently. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and urgency, collaborating with management as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and express gratitude as they leave.
  3. Communicate guest feedback and concerns to the management team effectively.
  4. Deliver exceptional service by accurately describing menu items and taking food and beverage orders.
  5. Facilitate the timely delivery of food from the kitchen to guests.
  6. Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy.
  7. Perform routine opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing service areas.
  8. Assist in clearing used dishes from tables to maintain a tidy dining environment.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential. Previous experience in food service is preferred, along with a basic understanding of food and service standards.
