Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented LP Detective to join our team at Marshalls in Naples, FL. As a Loss Prevention Detective, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Established Shoplifter Guidelines and Policies: You will be responsible for ensuring that all shoplifter guidelines and policies are followed, and that any incidents are reported and documented promptly.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that their shopping experience is positive and hassle-free.
  • Promote a Culture of Honesty and Integrity: You will promote a culture of honesty and integrity within the store, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Observe, Apprehend, and/or Deter Acts of Dishonesty: You will be responsible for observing, apprehending, and/or deterring any acts of dishonesty from outside sources, ensuring that our store remains a safe and secure environment for our customers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and move quickly and safely around the store.
