TrustPoint Hospital is a modern 217-bed facility offering a comprehensive range of medical and psychiatric services for both inpatient and outpatient care. Our mission is to deliver outstanding treatment to patients requiring acute physical rehabilitation, as well as adult, adolescent, and geriatric psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities of the Patient Care Technician:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients while fostering a positive and structured environment.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain supervision at 15-minute intervals.
- Accurately document clinical information in patients' medical records in a timely manner.
- Engage with patients, observe their behaviors, and communicate significant findings to the nursing staff.
- Facilitate patient participation in group therapy and activities aimed at achieving treatment goals and enhancing coping skills.
- Complete and maintain all necessary documentation, including incident reports and event logs.
