Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes, and provide timely and accurate documentation.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and teach and counsel patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification.
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
