Position Summary:
As a Nighttime Hotel Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable experience. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in public restrooms, meeting spaces, and other communal areas by performing tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Provide friendly assistance to guests encountered during your shift.
  • Receive deliveries and organize storage areas to uphold cleanliness and order.
  • Address special requests from guests and colleagues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with cleaning guest accommodations, laundry, and kitchen tasks as needed.
  • Support the maintenance team by reporting any issues with equipment or facilities.
  • Conduct regular property inspections overnight to ensure safety and security.
  • Work independently to meet productivity standards during the overnight shift.
  • Collaborate with all departments to support the hotel's objectives.

Qualifications:
While previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or customer service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess basic verbal and written communication skills. This role requires physical stamina, including frequent movement, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 pounds. Candidates must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $18 to $18.50 per hour.
