As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering in-home or clinical patient care in accordance with the prescribed care plan while closely monitoring patient progress and recovery.
- Evaluating and documenting patient conditions, reporting any changes as necessary (including vital signs, blood/stool/urine, glucose levels, etc.).
- Administering medications, insulin, and IV fluids, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Inspecting and managing wounds, changing dressings, and assisting with personal hygiene needs.
- Assessing patients for additional injuries, infections, or bedsores, and providing appropriate treatment.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers, aides, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
- Education: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Licensure: A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington state.
- Current BLS certification.
- A valid driver's license with the ability to travel to patient locations.
- A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
- Two (2) professional references.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in home health or clinical settings is advantageous.
