We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist residents with mobility, including walking, transferring, and positioning.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, and assist with household tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
  • Document resident status and care provided, and communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
