**Job Summary**

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Electronics Calibration Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Calibration Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing testing instruments, as well as maintaining all documentation related to the service process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine calibration of electronic and fiber optic test equipment
  • Diagnose faults and repair fiber optic fusion splicing equipment
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all work performed
  • Calibrate, service, and repair electronic internet testing products
  • Troubleshoot and repair component level surface mount and conventional PCB assemblies
  • Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic assemblies
  • Invoice customers for completed work and prepare estimates for service quotes and invoices
  • Ensure all test and calibration equipment is up to date as per quality systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products
  • Ensure all activities comply with the Quality Management System (QMS)

**Requirements**

  • Electronics certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with electronic equipment or instruments
  • 3+ years of experience in repair and calibration of electronic equipment or instruments
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and Calibration
  • Fiber Optics Experience preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing to the component level
  • Computer skills
  • Efficiency in handling customer products
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving
  • Cross-functional collaboration
