Job Summary

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and ensuring its alignment with the company's manufacturing business goals. This includes managing technical support staff, computer operations, and IT-related facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network security.
  • Lead and mentor the internal IT team to provide essential IT functions to the business.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure alignment of IT services and systems with corporate requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with new IT infrastructure technology and report findings to IT leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of experience managing staff and/or small IT departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education/experience.
  • Proven ability to lead an IT group effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with server and storage backend systems, networking administration, and end-user desktop maintenance.
