We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO of North Central Tazewell County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing restoration processes, ensuring quality control, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Restoration Process Coordination: Coordinate and perform restoration processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control and meeting customer expectations.
- Customer Experience Management: Manage the customer and client experience, tracking online reviews and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Team Supervision: Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities, ensuring efficient and effective project completion.
- Job File Documentation: Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided, including labor and consumable item usage.
- Project Progress Communication: Communicate with restoration project managers and office staff on project progress and issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- OSHA Compliance: Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Asset Management: Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Technician Training: Coach and train restoration technicians on all job skills, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform their duties effectively.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in water or fire damage cleanup and restoration required.
- Education: High school diploma/GED (preferred).
- Certifications: IICRC certification a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Skills: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics), and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
