Elite Sports Clubs in Milwaukee is seeking a skilled Aquatic Educator.

About the Role:
This position involves teaching swim lessons to individuals and small groups, adapting instruction to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to evaluate swimmer progression, and provide effective water safety guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swim lessons following established curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Provide hands-on instruction and guidance, focusing on stroke technique, water safety, and skill development.
  • Monitor and evaluate swimmer progression, recommending next steps as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with participants and parents, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Previous experience teaching swim lessons preferred but not required; relevant experience as a camp counselor, sports coach, or childcare provider a plus.
  • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes, techniques, and water safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
