Job Title: Embroiderer

We are seeking an experienced Embroiderer to join our team at Padrino Promos. As an Embroiderer, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sew components together according to production specifications
  • Monitor machine operation to detect problems and perform necessary adjustments
  • Position items under needles, using guides and templates to ensure accurate stitching
  • Manage thread and material supplies, including spools, bobbins, and thread ends
  • Mount attachments and adjust machine guides according to specifications
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sewing and/or embroidery
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Preferred experience in industrial embroidery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
