Assembly Technician

EdgeTech Staffing is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Foxboro, MA.

• Assemble extrusion frames with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.
• Follow work instructions to complete repetitive assembly operations.
• Meet quality standards and produce work within specified timeframes.
• Conduct in-process checks using visual inspection and checklists.
• Participate in cross-functional training to optimize production efficiency.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools, including screwdrivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with teammates to integrate large subassemblies and complete final assemblies.
• Be willing to work overtime as needed.

• High School Education or GED.
• Some manufacturing experience desired.
• Proficient in reading and measuring using a tape measure.
• Able to operate hand pallet jacks to move material within the plant.
• Capable of lifting, squatting, bending, reaching, and standing as work requires.
• Frequent use of hand tools and long periods of standing.
