Service Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team at Ebling's ServicePlus. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

• Write up repair orders for service and follow the check-in process to discover and advise on repairs needed.
• Answer incoming service phone calls, emails, and business texts in a timely and professional manner.
• Load and unload customer equipment, ensuring that it is handled with care and attention to detail.
• Oversee the organization of customer equipment in the warehouse, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Contact customers with completed repairs, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Assist in the management of the loaner fleet, ensuring that customers have access to the equipment they need.
• Assist in billing out completed repair orders in a timely fashion, following established procedures.
• Field customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Interact with all members of the Service Office team to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Review prepared shop overview reports daily, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicate regularly with the Service Manager, providing updates on customer satisfaction and service performance.
