We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of Target, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.

• Communicate effectively with guests to build an inclusive guest experience
• Blending problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns
• Adapting to different guest interactions and situations
• Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings, and services
• Supporting guest services such as order pick-up, Drive-up, and Registry

• Communicating effectively, including using positive language and being attentive to guests' needs
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
