Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our Emergency Department team. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER/TRAUMA LEVEL 1 environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the ER/TRAUMA LEVEL 1 department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- 2 years of experience in ER/TRAUMA LEVEL 1 nursing.
- Active BLS, ACLS, ATCN or TNCC, and PALS or ENPC certifications.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
