Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, and referral.
  • Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current and active Registered Nurse licensure for the State of Tennessee.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
