Job Description

Overview

The individual in this role is tasked with cleaning and stewarding operations, ensuring that dining establishments are equipped with sanitized dishes and utensils in accordance with operational requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Fosters an environment that encourages patrons to choose Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati for their entertainment; actively works on developing and maintaining guest relationships while serving as a guide to team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Adheres to and upholds departmental goals, standards, and protocols to guarantee the effective functioning of the department.
  • Assists in the procurement and receipt of all non-food supplies within the Food & Beverage sector, ensuring sufficient inventory levels are maintained.
  • Conducts inspections of equipment to confirm all items are operational and meet Hard Rock's safety and cleanliness standards; approves replacement parts for equipment within the food service areas.
  • Maintains clear communication with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage.
  • Participates in meetings and completes assigned follow-up tasks.
  • Performs duties consistently and reliably.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

The knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired through at least one year of progressive experience in the Stewards' Department.

  • Must possess and retain a valid driver's license and all necessary certifications as per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Must successfully undergo drug screening.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
