Class A Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Class A driver to join our team at American Driver. As a Class A driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the country, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a Class A tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently
  • Deliver freight to customers in a timely manner
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and other relevant data
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate of up to $.60 per mile
  • Home time every other weekend, with 12 days out and 2 days at home
  • 100% no-touch freight, with 80% drop-and-hook opportunities
  • Access to a fleet of newer model Freightliners and KW T680 trucks
  • Pre-Pass provided to bypass weight stations
  • Riders allowed, with a pet policy in place
Requirements:
  • At least 3 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years
  • A clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents recently
  • No major moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No termination from previous jobs
  • No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including W2 with full benefits, medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Our drivers also receive a milage bonus of 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Detention and layover are paid, with detention at $12.50 per hour after 2 hours and layover/breakdown at $100 per day.
