Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven and skilled Solar Outreach Supervisor to lead our team of door-to-door lead generators throughout Southern California. As an essential member of our sales and marketing division, you will be instrumental in propelling our business growth by managing and enhancing our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and inspire a team of door-to-door solar lead generators.

- Formulate and execute strategic outreach plans to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.

- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they possess the requisite knowledge and skills.

- Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance outcomes.

- Analyze data and metrics to monitor progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to synchronize outreach strategies with overarching business goals.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within the solar sector or a related field.

- Strong grasp of door-to-door sales and lead generation methodologies.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

- Capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving objectives.

- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Familiarity with Southern California neighborhoods and demographics is preferred.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
