Participate in tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines. Foster positive interactions with team members and customers, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and dispose of trash according to approved procedures.
  • Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • Deep clean key areas, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
  • Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly.
  • Notify supervisors of supply needs in advance.
  • Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
  • Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
Additional Duties
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Preferred Qualifications

Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Work Environment

Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work. Use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals from cleaning supplies.
