About the Role

As a Senior Tax Advisor at S&S Employment Partners, you will serve as a subject matter expert in tax leadership, providing guidance and support to our clients.

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary of up to $150,000, based on your experience. The position is 100% onsite.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation
  • Related Business Degree for Consulting
  • 8+ years accounting experience
  • CPA certification
  • Strong leadership skills and high level of professionalism/integrity

You will be responsible for:

  • Recognizing client needs and implementing solutions
  • Assisting partners in overall responsibilities, including engagement management, client service, sales, practice development, marketing, and cross-selling
  • Developing industry expertise and staying up-to-date on industry news
  • Contributing to staff development and training
  • Maintaining smooth working relationships with clients and soliciting feedback
