Job Title: CBRF Certified Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CBRF Certified Caregiver to provide quality care to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a CBRF Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, medication management, and ensuring their overall well-being.

You will work independently and as part of a team to provide emotional support and companionship to residents. You will also participate in care planning and team meetings to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care to residents in a safe and comfortable environment
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medication as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nurse or physician
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in care planning and team meetings
Requirements
  • CBRF certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
