Operations Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Engineering Operations team as an Engineering Operations Trainee. This is a comprehensive training program designed to provide a thorough understanding of our operations and processes.

• Develop and lead the Bunge safety culture by learning, understanding, and demonstrating safe work habits.
• Participate fully in the day-to-day physical operation of a Bunge facility to understand fundamental operations and processes.
• Develop a thorough understanding of operational processes and assist in evaluating changing operational conditions.
• Assist location and corporate staff in prioritizing and optimizing Key Performance Indicators.
• Support Regional Continuous Improvement efforts and assist with review of production data to ensure accuracy and analyze for continuous improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Milling Science, or related field.
• 0+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, ambiguity, adversity, and change.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized, goal-oriented, and self-directed.
• Demonstrates mechanical and analytical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in standard PC applications.
• Collaborative team player.
