Systems Security Manager I

Job Summary:
Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Systems Security Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our information security team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining information security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the security of our systems and data.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our security posture remains strong.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Security, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in information security, with a focus on policy development and implementation.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards, including NIST 800-53 and RMF.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, including Splunk and ACAS/Nessus.
- CISSP or CISM certification a plus.

Clearance Requirements:
