- Conduct Health Screenings and Maintain Records: Perform health screenings and maintain accurate health records for students and staff.
- Provide Health Education: Offer health education to students, families, and staff on various health topics.
- Respond to Medical Emergencies: Provide first aid and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification as a School Nurse Preferred
- Minimum of 2 Years of Nursing Experience, Preferably in Pediatrics or Public Health
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record Systems
- CPR and First Aid Certification
