Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a resource for drug information across various departments.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and identify adverse drug reactions.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Doctorate in Pharmacy
Licensure:
Registered Pharmacist License in Illinois, unrestricted upon hire
Experience:
Minimum of two years in pharmacy practice, residency experience may be considered
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication abilities, proficient in clinical pharmacy operations, capable of problem-solving and facilitating agreements, and adept at maintaining a positive outlook in a dynamic environment.
